How to register

  • Create a new account or use the one created when you submitted your abstract. You do this by clicking on  "Login" in the upper right corner on the website.
  • Login on the website and fill out you personal details under Registration.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the payment process.
  • Payment methods: Visa, Mastercard

 

Registration fees

Registration fees are expressed in Euro. Early registration is applicable if paid on or before December 31, 2016. Please not that there is no student registration discount after December 31.

 

Early registration fee (on or before December 31, 2016)

Regular registration: 540 Euros

Student registration*: 420 Euros

 

Standard registration fee (After December 31, 2016 and bon or before March 06, 2017)

Regular registration: 720 Euros

 

Late registration fee (After March 06, 2017)

Regular registration: 840 Euros

 

Including 3 day conference, lunch and coffee breaks, documentation and conference dinner. Rates including VAT. 

 

One Day Ticket: 300 Euros

 

Including 1 day conference, lunch and coffee breaks and documentation. No conference dinner. Rates including VAT.

 

Conference dinner: 120 Euros

 

*Student registration: Student rate attendees must send by e-mail to the Conference Secretariat (ddi2017@sciencesconf.org), a copy of their student identification card or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student. Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

 

Cancellation of registration

If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization (from the same category: student/standard. Please send an email to the DDI17 contact as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to.  
- In case of cancellation before February 1, 2017, 50% of your registration fee will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation between February 1-15, 2017, 25% of your registration fee will be refunded. 
- After February 15, 2017, all registration fees are nonrefundable.
